Approach
Integrative and relational psychotherapy with Christian
My approach is grounded in the concept that every individual is unique, therefore the therapeutic process needs to be tailored to each person; what works for some, may not work for others.
Trained in integrative and relational counselling and psychotherapy, I draw upon a variety of psychological approaches to facilitate and support my clients in a collaborative and creative way. By gaining awareness, insight and perspective on the inner workings of my client's experience, I work alongside them in exploring possible tools to implement meaningful changes in their life, allowing them to live the life they want to, with fulfilment, meaning and purpose.
The most important factor for a positive therapeutic outcome is based on the quality of the relationship between client and therapist. My role is to build and hopefully provide, a sense of trust, rapport and understanding that will ultimately carve out a unique space where you may begin to feel encouraged to unpick and explore your experiences and emotions at a deeper level.
