My name is Christian, and I’m an experienced trauma-informed psychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals.
My approach is down to earth and relaxed, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and creativity (with an occasional bit of laughter too!).
I aim to create a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and free to express whatever’s coming up for you, all in confidentiality and without judgement.
I integrate a combination of psychological and somatic therapeutic approaches alongside innovative evidence-based approaches, to provide a tailored support that aligns with your individual needs.
Together, we’ll explore the inner workings of your world, uncover new insights and perspectives, and gently discover pathways toward meaningful change. Change that feels right for you.
